pattern recognition and classification for data analysis. The aim of
the project „Knowledge-based Multispectral Tissue Analysis“ is the
computer-assisted assessment of tissue properties and risk factors
under consideration of relevant medical data and different imaging
techniques. A knowledge base of past cases will be employed for
improving and objectifying the interpretation of different sources of
information with respect to diagnosis, prognosis, therapy planning,
and follow-up examination.
